In Shiatsu massage, I stimulate acupressure points in the body without the use of any oil. Acupressure points can be described as points where muscular tension has accumulated creating muscular knots. Pressure can be applied deeply making it ideal for releasing muscular knots lying deep under the skin.
Shiatsu can be carried out with clients fully clothed.
